Terms of Use

These terms govern use of klickleads at https://klickleads.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

klickleads lets you extract publicly visible business listings (typically from Google Maps and public websites), filter them, find published emails, and export CSV/XLSX. Credits measure how many matching listings we save for you. 1 credit = 1 saved lead. Unused reserved credits are returned when an extract finishes.

2. Accounts

You must provide a real email and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Email support@klickleads.com if you think it was compromised. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product or the law.

3. Plans and payment

Free accounts start with a limited grant of credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly or annually as shown on Pricing. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. Fees are in the currency shown at checkout. Annual plans are prepaid. We do not guarantee a refund after credits have been used. Questions: hello@klickleads.com.

4. Public data only

We collect what Maps already shows and emails a business publishes on its own site. We do not promise that a number or email still works. Listings go stale. Treat every row as a starting point, not a verified contact.

5. Your obligations

• Do not spam, harass, or run illegal outreach.
• Follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (including India’s DPDP Act, TRAI/DND rules, and any GDPR/TCPA-style rules that apply).
• Do not try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use extracts to build a competing scrape of our systems.

6. Acceptable use of extracts

You stay the sender. klickleads is a list builder. If a recipient asks you to stop, stop. We may refuse jobs that look like bulk abuse.

7. Availability

Extracts depend on third-party sites (including Google Maps). Those sites change. We do not guarantee uptime, completeness, or that a given search will return a set number of leads.

8. Intellectual property

The klickleads name, site, and software are ours. Public listing facts are not something we claim to own. Your exported files are yours to use under these terms and the law.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement to the extent the law allows.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, klickleads is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or ₹8,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused paid credits are not automatically refunded if we close an account for abuse.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory local forum.
