Privacy Policy

klickleads (“we”, “us”) provides a tool to extract publicly visible business listings and help you export them. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Who we are

The service is operated at https://klickleads.com. Contact us at hello@klickleads.com or privacy@klickleads.com.

2. What we collect from you (accounts)

• Name, email address, and a hashed password when you sign up with email.
• If you use Continue with Google: your Google account id, name, and verified email. We do not receive your Google password.
• Session cookies so you stay signed in.
• Billing records if you buy a plan (processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments — we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage logs: extracts you run, credits reserved or refunded, and export events.

3. Lead data we collect on your behalf

When you run an extract, we collect only what is already public:

• Google Maps listings: name, address, phone, website, rating, review count, category.
• Email addresses published on the business’s own website.

We do not log in, bypass CAPTCHAs, or scrape private or paywalled systems. You choose the keyword and location. You are the controller of how you use that list.

4. How we use information

• To run the product (accounts, credits, extracts, exports).
• To take payment and send invoices.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service up.
• To reply when you email support@klickleads.com.

We do not sell your account data. We do not sell extracted lists to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (kl_session) to keep you signed in. It is marked Secure on HTTPS. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) to run the app.
• Dodo Payments if you check out.
• Authorities if the law requires it.

7. Retention

Account and lead data stay until you delete them or we close the account. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging. You can email privacy@klickleads.com to request deletion.

8. Security

Passwords are stored with a one-way hash. The production site is served over HTTPS. No method is perfect; please use a unique password.

9. Your responsibilities

Extracted phones and emails may be outdated. You must follow local outreach, spam, and data-protection laws (including India’s DPDP Act and any rules that apply to the people you contact). Do not use klickleads to harass or spam.

10. Children

The service is for business users. It is not directed at children under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
